Welcome Ryan Ragus

After weeks of discussion, rehearsals and planning, we are unveiling the first of many big updates for Secret Of Boris.  Though John Weiss has been an invaluable contribution to the musical direction and success of the band throughout his years with us, he has decided to part ways with Secret Of Boris.  In his stead, and with his help, we have brought in Ryan Ragus, longtime friend of the band.  Ragus has the kind of deep understanding of our musical style and direction that can only come from the decade he has spent as partner in crime.  We're confident that Ragus' skills as a bassist, performer, statesman, engineer, fighter, orator, and lover will compliment the current lineup and musical style nicely.

The future is looking very bright for SOB, and we cannot wait to share the rest of our work with all of you.

In honor and memory of Jeremy King, we give you, "J."

Around this time one year ago, we lost a friend, brother, and mentor. We as a band were fortunate enough to receive Jeremy's time, advice, and patience. We as friends were lucky enough to have  received Jeremy at all. We spent a week last year with Jeremy in L.A. while we were touring. We learned so much, and we were so excited to release "Your Ghost" when we returned. The plan was to hold off on writing new material for awhile.

A few short months later, he was gone. After visiting with his family and friends at the hospital the day we all heard the news, Cameron drove straight to the rehearsal studio and wrote this song in about an hour. It was learned by the band that night.

We hope you enjoy it, and that it may help if you need it. We miss you brother.

Love,

Your SOB's
